In der zeitlichen Abfolge ist es etwas unglücklich gelaufen, daß Du damals nicht direkt Feedback bekommen hast - um die Gründung nicht zu verzetteln, haben wir den Stand kurz vor Deinem Feedback genommen (jener Stand war zu dem Zeitpunkt akzeptiert durch die Liste) und sind in den Prozess „Abstimmung mit dem Finanzamt“ gegangen. </div><div><br class=""></div><div>Um diesen Prozess nicht zu stören, konnten bzw. wollten wir dann nicht noch inhaltliches anpassen, insbesondere insofern, als dass Deine Anmerkungen ja schon sehr ins Detail gehen und weniger grundsätzlicher Natur sind.</div><div><br class=""></div><div>Gerade die Ausformulierung von Details ist zudem etwas, was m.E. sehr gut NACH der Gründung in der Mitgliederversammlung aufgehoben ist, und dort dann auch auf einer solideren Basis steht. In jedem Fall, und in jedem Paragraphen, hat die Mitgliederversammlung die Gestaltungshoheit und die Möglichkeit, mit entsprechender Mehrheit jegliche Veränderungen umzusetzen.</div><div><br class=""></div><div>In diesem Sinne schlage ich vor, dass wir mit dieser Satzung, die so vom Finanzamt auch abgesegnet ist, zu gründen, um erstmal diese große Hürde zu nehmen.
