Selbst jener Fall, der im Vergleich zu<br class="">einer Kandidatur für den Vorstand einfach erscheint, ist wohl aktuell an<br class="">die Anwesenheit gebunden.<br class=""></div></div></blockquote></div><div class=""><br class=""></div>nach unseren Recherchen (wir sind da weder allwissend noch maßgeblich, aber zumindest mal ein wenig in diese Welt eingetaucht) ist es tatsächlich so, daß speziell für die Gründungsversammlung dringend angeraten wird, diese nur persönlich zu machen - es gibt offenbar sonst ein Risiko, daß die Gründung nicht anerkannt wird. </div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Außerdem steht in unserem Satzungsentwurf, daß Vorstände ordentliche Mitglieder sein müssen. Das kann man in Frage stellen, ich persönlich halte dies aber für eine sinnvolle Regelung.</div><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Das führt zu der Situation, daß wir für diesen speziellen Fall der Gründung nicht so frei sind, wie es später der Fall ist - ist erstmal sauber gegründet, kann man problemlos virtuelle MV, Vorstandswahl ohne Anwesenheit usw. machen.
